Are you ready to take your track and field skills to the next level? Mount Olive Track & Field presents an exciting indoor winter training program designed to help athletes aged 9-14 prepare for the upcoming Spring Track and Field season.

What to Expect:

  • Tailored drills, engaging activities, and effective workouts focused on running.

  • Skill development, conditioning, and strength training to enhance performance.

  • A fun and dynamic environment where athletes can thrive.

  • New this year: Sunday easy runs at Turkey Brook Park

Limited Space Alert: To ensure individualized attention and a quality experience, we have a maximum capacity of 50 participants.

This program is open to Mount Olive residents and prior team members. No matter if you're an aspiring athlete or a dedicated competitor, our indoor winter training program will help you excel in the upcoming Spring Track and Field season.
